Hi all
Im looking at purchasing my first investment property , looking in Sydney or central coast area. I can afford to spend aprox $400k. Just not sure were to buy.I Need a reasonable yield,but Im prepared to sacrifice yield for growth.Can any one sugest what area's`might have some potential.I thing the first property is always the hardest to purchase .Had a look up at ettalong on the weekend ,the prices up there a comparable to sydney prices .It seems that the next 3 years capital growth has allready been added into todays prices.
