I have heard that this area is a little out of the way, but not being from QLD, I really don't know.

A 3 brd villa for $125 without A/C? Does this sound reasonable?

Not sure about body corporate fees, but I think they are about $1300 pa.

If anyone knows much about the area, I'd appreciate the feedback.

Reedy Creek is near the Burleigh heads industrial estate and also has a few commission houses. If you know where Burleigh Heads is, head West towards the Pacific Hwy. It's just up the road from Stephens. Almost as flash

Don't know if I'd be buying in there!
