Jas is right Carmel. I think that most solicitors aren't interested because they'd lose money on the first few because it would take a bit of time to get the documentation and procedures right so that their law clerks could do the work! and most of the small firms just aren't prepared to do that, and the large firms aren't interested in this small margin high volume work...
