Interested to know where you guys would consider buying in Sydney at the moment:

Eastern suburbs
Inner City
Inner West
North shore
Northern beaches
Southern suburbs
Other

Guess it many ways the choice comes down to whether you are shopping for a new or old place, house or apartment, and budget constraints :)

Where do you guys think the opportunities are?

G'day all,

The only reason I would buy on the northern beaches if you're buying property that can be duplexed. Duplexs seem to be the way to go. Keep away from units, there's millions of them.
The for sale signs and for lease signs are everywhere.
