I attended a seminar on the Gold Coast for a investment group who specialised in Wrap properties, they would find the property and set up the whole deal

What did the seminar comprise?

Who is behind the company?

What are their credentials?

Do they find the properties for you, or are they seeking passive investors?

Do they offer guarantees?

Did they attempt to sell you something?
