Remember - nothing for nothing in this life...

If you want someone to do the hard yards for you so that it is basically an entirely passive investment process on your part then you have to accept that they are going to take some of the profit out of the deal.

As long as you understand that then you can make a choice about whether that's the way you want to invest in direct property.

My personal view is that property selection is the one thing that you definitely should NOT outsource to someone else...but opinions differ.

Never let someone else become the property selector AND finance broker, especially if they offer to refi you with a LOC. That is how 2 tier marketing got going.
