Handy hint - trees

Hi there.

If you're buying an IP and there are unfamiliar trees in the yard, take a piece down to the local nursery for identification. I found out today that I have a fig tree growing about 6ft from the house I'm looking at buying. Now I'm in the process of getting quotes from tree removers for its removal.
