Lo Doc Commercial Loans

Anyone know if a Lo Doc Commercial Loan is available and who from?

Seems to be a heap of Lo/No Doc residential loans available nowadays but finding one for commercial application is proving somewhat difficult.

Any Ideas folks?


by the way........looking for $230K on $350K valuation, regional property.
