Interested in thoughts from Canberra people about an advertisment in the Canberra Times on 15/03 for the Defence Staff College in Weston Creek.
What would a place like that go for ?.
Based on the rental return of about $2mill / year I would expect about $20 mill (based on commercial yields of about 10%).
It is obviously for serious commercal investors/companies but it is interesting to check out deals.
