Can anyone help me with a situation that is becoming slightly more messy than I care for:
If I, as an individual, purchase a property from a Property Trust, if that property trust is subject to any liabilities or legal action (not even necessarily related to the IP), can I inherit any of those 'problems' as a purchaser, or should I only be able to buy if I receive unencumbered full title of the IP?
