Getting finance

I am trying to squeeze as much money as I can get from a lender.
I know my earnings are 10K a year below what I would like. My LVR is OK but DSR lets us down a bit.
Is there any way to convince the lenders to give me a bit more.

Any help would be great.

Different lenders ave different service models, so shop around or get an independent mortgage broker to do it for you.

Then there is the No doc loan option as well.
