Hi folks,
in the next few weeks I'll be looking for positive cashflow properties in and around the Sunshine Coast. Can anyone suggest some agents in the area they've dealt with who are familiar with positive cashflow properties and Vendor finance deals?
The towns I'll be in are Gympie, Maroochydore, Nambour, Warana Beach.
