Do the issuing of special income units by a hybrid trust have stamping/stamp duty implications?
My local revenue office (Perth) could not inform me accurately (didn't know what a hybrid discretionary trust was!) but drew parallel to issuing of new units in a unit trust having stamping/stamp duty implications.
