Hi everybody

OK irrespective of how many IP's you may have I've started a poll on how much equity you have. That is the net worth of all your IP's combined less loans.

I think this is more important than the amount of IPs'

I always thing that net worth means = all you own, minus all you owe.

net worth = IP equity + PPOR equity + stock shares + cash

Fair enough but in this case I thought we would just include the value of our IPs less the loans. It's a measure of equity in the properties held.
