Where do you think interest rates will go and why?
I think they will decrease rates slightly - because they have to as a pre-emptive move to keep the economy simmering along and to ensure the rate differential between us and other countries doesn't spread too much.
Then they will continue their "economic adjustments by media" by continuing to spread the doom and gloom about the property market to try and stop any further heating of it.
Just a guess :D

Unchanged.
l think they will sit on their hands for another month and continue to talk the property market down. If the dollar continues to rise as no doubt it will if they dont drop, then they will lower them next month. Put off overheating the propert market for as long as possible.
But then again they may lower them, crystal ball's a bit foggy tonight :p

What do you think will happen with the property market if the interest rates drop?

James.
