Does anyone know the procedure of 'from getting a home loan quote to actually apply for it'? We are looking at lo doc loan 90% LVR it seems Rams is the only provider? We spoke to Rams last month and were after a quote with break down costs and all fees....but ended up only getting a table showing how much we can borrow nothing in related to fees & lenders commition. To choose which lender to go for shouldn't we need to know what fees and charges applied? How can we apply without even...
