I notice a new title at the bookshop- Secrets of Property Millionaires Exposed!

A few of the names are familiar to people on the forum:

Craig Turnbull, Author, Speaker & Mentor

Sam Vannutini, Renovations Expert

Rick Otton, Vendor Financier & Wrapper
 
Geoff, after reading your name against the post and the subject line I was ready for some humour!

In my experience, it is nice to see Hans has resorted to talking through books, the last dealings I had with his company they kept cold calling me and sending me newsletters for months with little understanding of "I'm not interested".
 
Geoffw, Have you or anyone else here read it, and can give a quick review?

Going by the size of the book & number of people featured some how I think it will be targeting newbies or people with no and or little knowledge on property investment.

I haven't read it, I've only seen it at the bookshop, when I had only a little bit of time.

It's in the final stages with the publisher and will go to the printer in the first week of February- "How to Grow a Multi Million Dallar Property Portfolio - in your spare time"

Should be in the books shops March April.

I've read about 25% so far- and enjoying it.

Being about people, especially people who have done quite well out of property, it's very interesting to see how people have done things in different ways. I've picked up ideas, information and inspiration.

A nitpick- there's a few typos which should not be there. "Casfflow"? And "wrappee" spelt as "wrapee" consistently- that rhymes with JP?

But apart from that, a worthwhile read.

Apparently there is also another title already published- "Secrets of male entrepeneurs exposed". I'm not sure I'd like to see any males exposed :(

There's a few more in the pipeline- female entrepeneures, public speakers etc.

It is the same publisher as the Melvin and Chan "How to Legally Reduce Your Tax".

That's an extremely original approach- using a million dallar property portfolio. People will think you're talking money when you're talking mowing :D

Good luck with the book- though just make sure you have a good proofreader ;)

I ran your idea past the publisher today and he agrees with you.

So we changed the name to :How to Grow a Multi Million Dollar Property Portfolio - in your spare time."

I guess that means you get the first free copy for naming the book :cool:

I was in the local book store on Monday.The section on property is virtually non existant.
2 books by Anita Bell. Both how to pay off the mortgage.
The other and only other ones were Steve McKnights latest and the Secrets of Property Millionaires exposed.That was it :eek:
So l will keep my gift voucher and wait in antisipation for
How to grow a Multi Million Property Portfolio , in your spare time.

Our local bookshop was rearranged. The property and management sections were moved from the centre to a wall. The number of books might have been the same- but the "horizontal space" was reduced a lot (as the wallspace books reach higher)- and it's a little harder to find.

Property must be on the way down :D
