The kitchen does not look great- but the PM thought it not worth while to do much just yet.

It may have added value, but not much income- and the budget was getting very tight.

The work I did cosy about $5.5K, and added about $30pw in rent. That put it higher comparing the rental for similar properties.
 
ah well

on the flash past, the kitchen looked a bit old - I was wondering if you had just done a splah of paint around the place.
