CBA Property Value Guide

Hi All

I found what looks like a great resource on the CBA website "The CBA Property Value Guide" where you can search for the median house value in a suburb in a state that you are interested in for a period of time.

On face value it looks ok and worth a look.

Interesting to see (in Melb anyway) the effect of interest rate rises etc around Nov / Dec.

Many locations flatlined or declined slightly......

For Victoria, the REIV site has something similar, however it is only for Melb Metro and not rural areas, which the CBA site covers.
