Hi charliey, many lenders can cope with HDTs, the trick is to make sure it's appropriately structured. ANZ, BankWest, St George tend to be popular but there are plenty of others, but make sure you have someone experienced with HDTs set it up for you, otherwise you either won't get the benefits of the trust and it will coast a significant amount of money (in lost benefits or costs to restructure).
So far I haven't met many bankers who actually understands HDTs properly, although many know what they are. I'd suggest several brokers from this forum:
Medine
Rolf L
Rolf S
Myself (of course)
All of these people are very experienced brokers and fully understand how loans for HDTs should be set up.
