I purchased his book when it began second edition, and I must say; I enjoyed it immensely! It was a great read and provided an excellent foundation into the world of commercial property. Although after reading the book, I did not feel that I was ready to go and start bidding on commercial deals! That is where the DVDs come in handy!
I am still working my way through all of the information on the DVDs, but so far i have learned a great deal about the industry, and my confidence and awareness when looking at commercial property has increased phenomenally! I am not looking for commercial deals at this stage but it is of great interest to me and I can certainly see myself moving from residential to commercial investing in future (sooner rather than later hopefully!).
For anyone looking to educate themselves on the ins and outs of commercial property, the book and DVDs will certainly be a valuable tool! (and I'm sure even the seasoned professionals will find value in these).
Personally, although I feel that I have the knowledge to make a successful commercial property investment, at this stage I would like to build my experience in the residential market first and foremost. But I always enjoy educating myself, and these products have been my best resource thus far on the subject of commercial property!
