SIG Meeting May 5th 2008 - Self Managed Super Funds and buying Property

Hi Guys,
For our next SIG Meeting we have lined up a great guest - Mike Feltscheer.
Mike will talk about the latest in Self Managed Super funds - being able to
purchase property through an Instalment Warrant and how to finance the deal.

When - Monday May 5 , 2008 - for a 730pm start.
Where :
Where: Roxbury Hotel, 172 St Johns Road, Glebe.
http://www.roxbury.com.au/

Location: Upper Meeting Room (our usual place)

Numbers: Up to 80 persons.

Mike Feltscheer is Director of Navigator Financial Solutions - and has
helped dozens of clients be able to finance their property purchase through their SMSF. Mike is abreast of all the changes in the legislation as they occur, and is one of the very few Mortgage Brokers out there who is licensed and up to date with all of the lenders who are now in the market place.
Don't miss this one if you have over $100k in super and are disappointed
with the lack of options in superannuation!!
New laws introduced in September 2007 have changed the landscape - these
new changes could be one of the drivers behind the next property boom.

Mike will present for approx 30 minutes , after which time will field a Q
and A session.
He is also trying to line up Peter Johnson from CST Corporate Solutions (www.cst.com.au) at the seminar who can cover bare trust documentation issues, Corporate Trustee and SMSF Update Deed (Possible SMSF deed issues).

How Do I Get on the List: Post Here on this Thread your name and numbers (limit of 4) and it is first in, best dressed.

Please deposit $2 in the jar at the door , to help pay for a gift for our guest.
Any excess money gets saved toward our year end dinner.

Looking forward to seeing all newbies and regulars for networking afterwards.:)

Hi Dave,

I'm going to have to pull out, so drop that 1 off your list. I just checked with the boss and she already had us booked that night.

Cheers,
Michael.

Hi David,
My husband and I have not been to one of your meetings before, and are looking to join a property investment group here in Sydney to network with like minded people, so we'd love to come along if that's ok (2ppl).
Thanks.

***BUMP****
One week to go.

For anyone in Sydney who has not replied to this as yet - please try and come.

Remember afterwards there is time to mingle with other forumites - and there are quite a few here who are going that have a lot of experience with property!!

David
