North Frankston is cheap and ripe for renewal. Bite the bullet and get a cheapie that can be rented out with a minimum of fuss. With houses on dual occ blocks selling for less than $300k, it's really hard to go wrong. Unlike innercity junk, North Frankston is hardly going to suffer a fall should we *God forbid* have another GFC.

Try hunting around in Frankston and Seaford as well. You'd be surprised at the value around if you took the time to do the research.
