This is good for the economy as this should put a floor on prices....at least in Western Melbourne. I own there so I have a vested interest.

Good article, if a little rose coloured? I moved from South Yarra in the east to Point Cook in the west in 2005. At first it was a huge shock to the system being so far from amenities, although Sanctuary Lakes helped. The commutes were a lot easier ‘back in the day’ as well. Definitely a growth area
