My company provides access to full RP data state wide, but i find some information on RPdata are missing compared to PF and PF has another tools ( price estimation/ adjustment ) which are usefully for investors
...
So im gathering investors who would want to have shared access to PF pro version
PRO version - it will give full access to NSW, PLUS details for the another states ( the another state will have the "solo" access)
The standard cost is $300p/m ( after GST paid) so shared btw 8-9 ppl = $390-$450
Number of people: 10 Max - most likely we will only get 8-9
cost: $390 for 12 month - upfront payment sorry- to much of hassle organizing monthly payments...
