Thank you :) It needs some work, even so Melton was the only place in Melbourne with HOUSES going under 200k. I think that will change within 18 months.

I bought my first home on melton this month, settle in jan. 3br, 2 bath for 178k I plan to rent it out, sell it or borrow against it and get another within the next 5 years.
