Property Manager on Brisbane Northside

Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good but cheap Property Manager in Gordon Park or surronding areas on Brisbanes Northside?

I use Ray White Aspley at 7.5% and find them very professional and on the ball. I don't Know where Gordon Park is in relation to Aspley though but they do manage one for me as far north as Bray Park.

He manages two houses for me in Brissy (one northside, one east) and I can't complain at all!

All my properties in Brissie are managed by LJ Gilland RE. That's the only thing they do and I recommend them 100%. They are very professional and you as well as the tenants can call them any time any day. They charge for their services but, it isn't all about the money. They really like what they do. I wish they could manage properties in other states too.

Ask for Linda or Carlos.
