Note the fuse box.
About 1m to the left of it will be the position of the new oven. Hopefully this will save a lot of trouble rewiring it back to the fuse box.
Also take note of the dark 'stains' on the underlying concrete floor/wall. I'm assuming this was due to the leakage from the tap.
After we removed the old cabinets, the stench of rotten/water damaged wood was quite overpowering.
Some water appears to have gotten underneath some of the tiles and have loosened them a bit, apart from that there's no really physical damage to them.
Plans are to seal of the edges really, really well with some silicon.
