This is the old bathroom. This room was originally a bedroom but had the bathroom put into it. THe bathroom is being moved out into the current laundry, returning this room to a bedroom. The bathroom fixtures are basically being moved to the other side of the wall. The house was purchased as a 1 bedder, but moving the plumbing through the wall makes it a 2 bedder very easily.
