    Just noticed the Westpac 4 yr has dropped to 5.39% less the 0.2 = 5.19%. Westpac must be getting some good deals on money the best thing is they arec passing this onto customers, I wisg CBA would do the same as I am eagerly awaiting. Spud

    What's your situation?

    Checking the Cannex site for the past month or so & I notice the 5 year fixed rate has not been dropping, the major banks are from 7.39% to 7.99% The 1 , 2 & 3 year fixed rates have been droppiong but not the 5 year, I assume they think rates wont stay low for long?? Spud
