Sometimes a few agents work for the Same builders/property. Since multiple people are advertising same property no one discloses the address. This happened to me in a few property in Clyde North in VIC.

Thanks mate. Already had the desktop review and talked to the agent. This is a special type subdivision without a street frontage and therefore not a great option for me. I might need to look at the neighboring suburbs.

Thanks impala67. Basically, I am not thinking of selling now. Just wanted to refinance my loan and therefore got the valuation done by UBank and the agent offered a free valuation and I wanted to compare. And yes, I have spent around $6k in the internals and externals.

Some update guys. I bought a house this time last year and paid $355k to the owner. Now just after one year I have had 2 valuations done and that shows significant positive growth. UBank valued this as $380k and I believe they are very conservative. One of the local agent inspected my property...

I am on the same boat and almost decided to change. Will talk to loans.com.au tomorrow to make the final choice!

Thanks Ourhouse. I have offered $350K for a good condition house early this week but looks like I'm not going to get it. It's a house with medium size block of 600+sqm and at least 500m from the HV power line. The agent is now trying to negotiate for more...Lets see. I'll keep you updated...

The Suburb profile shows different figure though. Among the top 5 overseas born residents there were Srilankan's on the top followed by UK, India, China and Poland. Personally I love Melbourne due to its Multiculturalism so not a big deal for me at this stage!
