Multi family 'Rent Maximizer' 4x2 advice

I'd prefer it to be separate too. The house is small - on a 375 square meter block, R25. They have pointed out if you had an issue getting tenants you could knock part of the middle wall down and convert it into a normal 4x2. This is true, but it wouldn't be your normal 4x2 as it doesn't...

Multi family 'Rent Maximizer' 4x2 advice

Yep, in WA. I was told it was compliant with planning laws. I don't know whether it actually is or not though. They didn't give us the option of separate meters; I doubt that would be an option Cheers

Multi family 'Rent Maximizer' 4x2 advice

Hey guys, I stumbled across Investor Assist some time ago, who are the investment side of the Alcock Brown Neaves home builders. I got in touch purely because it has the above name attached to it. One of the strategies they offer is building a 4x2 home that is split down the middle, with...

New Stockland development in Banjup, Perth

Well, I never expected this thread to pick up again. Obviously there is considerable interest! I got an email saying that I missed out on a sales appointment, even though I never did anything (asides from putting my details down several months ago). Interesting about the 10K deposit; I guess...

New Stockland development in Banjup, Perth

Thank you all. Your advice is greatly appreciated. I will do some further research; nothing is set in concrete yet. The blocks selling at Honeywood have been extremely expensive, and that is a good 7km south. I would prefer sub 400's, but we will see. Thanks again 4WD

New Stockland development in Banjup, Perth

Hey mate, I will call you cynical. I have no association with Stockland, and nothing to gain by publicizing it. I nearly didn't post about the development, but wanted some more experienced opinions. I'm a 23 year old who is new to the whole property investment game and was looking in an area...

New Stockland development in Banjup, Perth

G'day guys, I stumbled across this site a while back, and have been spending my smoko and lunch hours at work reading through the threads. I've been considering purchasing an investment property for some time now, but have never gotten too serious about it. I built a 3x2 in Newhaven (Piara...
