Merrylands would have been an Ok suburb to invest in about 6-12 months ago..... Prices at that stage were much lower than 3-5 years earlier - now they are up to above previous highs. There are a lot of duplex construction going on in the suburb (there going up everywhere), Villas complexes...

It is good... not new however. Looks like re.com have purchased another pre-existing site and re-branded (same as they did with property.com) The link has been posted on here before - a couple of months ago. The sites oringinal address/name was www.streetadvisor.com.au

The agent is not the Real Estate Agent; it is the solicitors agent who I doubt would be coming from Bundorra. This agents operate out of city offices and attend settlements on behalf of your solicitor. Imagine how much it would cost you to have your solicitor attend = $400 - $500 easy.
