Perth - Blue chip area or sub division?

$650000 is a entry level in Hillarys for a 3?1 in a R20 zone. All the lots near the proposed rezoning north of cook ave are $700k + if any, thats why across Marmion Craigie is so popular with investors.

    Laminate Benchtop repair - Perth

I have painted (white laminate paint) the bench top before it was not all that bad it hid the burn marks well and freshen up the whole bench, got it from bunnings probably the cheapest option, you can also coat the laminate with a stone finish also available at bunnings paint section.

    Gosnells WA

Parts of Canningvale and Southern River are the better parts of City of Gosnells, that's about it. I hear no rezoning potential in the area which need gentrification, and there is a reason why its cheap.

    Green in the Perth market

You probably would need to factor slightly more time as you will be dealing with City of Stirling for a DA. As a overall urban development strategy for Perth metro I don't think the zoning will be revoked to R20. For a detailed insight read this...

    Green in the Perth market

Just a observation last year similar size blocks were selling for $380 in balga that's a $40000 price rise per unit only on the land cost on a triplex site. Thats good return holding land for a year.

    Perth northern beach "sleeper suburbs"

I don't think that the above said suburbs have public housing, but I may be wrong. Isn't Hillarys more expensive then Padbury how were you priced out would love to know or is it a typo and the other way round.
