I'd advise that people stay away from Exetel.... Far, far away. Refer to the recent articles in the SMH and Whirlpool about them. They've even gone further to suggest in their forums that they will be restricting access to certain sites and actively assisting 'legally constituted'...

Just a small note on best sellers... The way this is calculated means that you: a) Need to sell the books through the right channels. b) Don't need to sell that many through those channels. Hence while I've had bestseller-level sales on a number of books, none has been in the 'bestseller'...
