    Adding to westminster's list, areas considered traditionally bad include Medina, Parmelia in the Kwinana suburbs, and Merriwa and Butler in the northern (past-Joondalup) suburbs. But nothing like good research to dispel a bad stereotype.

    Graffiti, not just on the back fence, but potentially on the side of the house if the taggers are brazen. I walk my dog past a house on the train line, and have seen the same tag on this house for six months. I wonder if the owner has noticed at all? Also, if it is near a train station...
