    You would be surprised what some people expect you to clean:D Lets not forget that a rug or carpet with urine is now classed by us as "your pets toilet":eek: Amazing how so many parents let their young children play on these !!:eek:

    Its not impossible if you know what you are doing....:p Sadly a cheapie carpet cleaner has no idea and generally does more damage..:cool: Be very careful who you choose...:rolleyes: A more qualified person will remove the stain without removing half the carpet with it !! If its more than one...

    Its a good idea to drive around new burbs and see "the look" that is created by different blinds etc. Like the look of wide white shutters myself. Double blinds are very popular too. Is the outside rendered ? Colour of window frames ? Some blinds make the windows look larger than they are.

    Questions like who could/should be Settlor ? Do you get your accountant and what happens if you fall out or, do you use a lawyer ? I've read things 3 times and thought...I better read that ssssloowwllyy once more :confused: Book will certainly be a greatly appreciated asset to all.
