I ended up buying block at Calleya estate through ballot.
Despite buying there, I agree with WesternRat's view that there seems to be an oversupply of H/L packages or newer properties in that region.

Thanks Jake. After having gone through your and other forum members' comments, it does seem like investing in coastal areas close to the city like Butler / Clarson probably would be a better bet.
