Taking everything into account I am giving up on Alkimos....and also now considering established....now back to the drawing board to find a suitable suburb !!

Thanks Boeman! Some good advice :) I would much prefer to be south of the river than North but I was under the impression Alkimos would be a good investment but with all the feedback I'm thinking not. I'll definitely take your suggestions into consideration and have a look around. Cheers :)
