Hi all, I have seen an 810m block that is a splitter on 2 titles. I can't afford to buy the full block for arounf the 850/900 mark but I could buy one of the 405 for 500k. How would I go about finding a developer to buy the full 810 & then sell me one of the blocks?

No, there are 2 parts to the form I read, one for the exclusive agent for a seller thing & 1 for buyers. I was told the one for buyers is just to cover the estate agent if the office of fair trading asks why they are mailing everyone in a suburb to ask if they want to sell their house...
