    Hi all, I have seen an 810m block that is a splitter on 2 titles. I can't afford to buy the full block for arounf the 850/900 mark but I could buy one of the 405 for 500k. How would I go about finding a developer to buy the full 810 & then sell me one of the blocks?

    Thanks but I am only concerned about my legal / financial obligation by signing the form. I suspect none as if the letterbox drop can generate sellers, he will be able to sell the stock to other buyers, not just me.
