Hi Gerd, being an EX local lad I would disagree that Loyang is Nth of T'gon! You are correct in saying the only way to Loyang at the moment is via the town (Shakespear st). From T'gon town you head south! However I am not sure if/when they bypass T'gon that that will provide an alternative...

Although if PM company (not local) are servicing the area/region, they may have more exposure to potentional tennents looking in the area but not necessarily the exact suburb? Does that make sence? AL
