Not sure why but i take everybodys opinion on this forum alot more seriously than other forums. Statements on somersoft seem to be reliable. That poster may have been lucky and got a few good deals but i dont think its an accurate summary of the market.

the average commerce degree does not get you no where near 150-300k
the average trade can get you more than an average commerce degree without any debt from study fees plus a small, but still decent kickstart from apprentice wages.

Just an update on this.
ended up going to the magistrates court with this. i was pretty happy with were i stood legally. the registrar told the lodgers that they were not prepared and before the lodge a bond dispute they should seek legal advice.
The next court date was ordered for this...
