Joint Tenants - Can I force a sale???

Sorry i should have mentioned we both pay even amounts into the bank account from where the mortgage, rates, body corp etc come out of. It's just that I want to get out of it asap. But because I can't force him to sell and he doesn't want to take it on himself, I don't know the best way to...

Joint Tenants - Can I force a sale???

Hi everyone, Hoping I can get some help on here with my situation: Bought my first IP in 2009 with my then partner as joint tenants. Property has been a dud. It would actually sell for about $30K less than the loan we have on it (property is in QLD). The other major factor is we borrowed...

Yeah that's probably why I'm confused - I'm referring to ancillary dwellings or single bed dwellings.

    Development potential in Perth

Hi guys, sorry in advance for stupid questions but I'm getting really confused. So i know you can build a 4x2 and seperate into a 3x1 and 1x1 on an R20 Lot as long as the Lot is 450sqm in size. What are the reqs for an R30 or R40 Lot? For example, if I had a 375sqm Lot zoned R30, with no...

    Property Manager - Mandurah area

Thank you! May I ask what you're charged for her services? And also thanks to Sash for the recommendation too! 11% all inclusive sounds great. I know it's always more expensive here in WA but that's a good rate yeah? It's been a couple of years since I've had a rental in perth.

    Property Manager - Mandurah area

Hi to anyone who could help, I'm just bumping this thread up. Does anyone have an updated recommendation for a property manager in Mandurah? Are they still all no good as mentioned above? I have contacted Seachange for a quote as per the comments above thank you :)

    Perth builder differences

I love this. Hopefully we see more companies doing the same so that the Perth "must-have" double brick mindset will change!

    Perth builder differences

Hi Sunnybill, yes I work in construction industry and have workED for both said companies so I know better than most how each operates and what's involved. Due to my conflict of interest I do usually try and bite my tongue in threads like this but as this is about "differences between builders"...

    Perth builder differences

Yes agreed, it would be great to get updates Sunnybill and I do hope for your own sake they have sorted themselves out by the time they start building for you. I can't wait to start doing villas/apartments - hoping to make some CG from these single dwellings which will allow me to do so fingers...

    Perth builder differences

It just comes down to due diligence. I look at prices from Commodore and immediately think too good to be true. Product review is not a great indicator but sometimes there's just too much smoke... I would rather pay a bit more for a builder I feel like I can trust, not one who just bangs $5k...

    Perth builder differences

Hi everyone, you really need to be wary in the current market of WA project builders with regards to timeframes. I know for a fact builders in the BGC group, including Commodore, are taking 18 months to build on a titled Lot including Pre-Construction and construction timeframes. For all the...

    Mandurah land

I think building a single-story home on it would be a good idea, I've been trying to follow Mandurah a bit lately, and think it has some good prospects over the next 12 months following on from what has been a huge past 12 months for Perth. Does anyone have any further input on Mandurah as I...
