Hi Sheryn, we were at this seminar too. Learnt a lot of new things and met a few new people. OK much of it was the same message time and time again BUT the underlying message I think is that you have to get off your *** and actually do something. It's pointless just sitting there and "learning".

IANAL but I suspect that if he was to be sued, the courts would ascertain that since you are married your assets count as joint assets and thus your PPR wouldn't be protected..
