    How much time do you spend doing property-related stuff?

    when looking for a site - 3-5hrs per day (includes feasibility work/calcs) when designing houses/units/council/planning 5 hrs when builder starts 1hr pd as check progress/correct when builder finished and finishing off/landscaping etc 7 hrs pd managing once rented out 2 hours month
