    I settled on the 27/12 and did the final inspection on the 26/12. Wasn't ideal as I was suppose to be in Byron Bay on the 27/12, but the deal would of fallen over if we did not settle. The agent was the real driver in making it happen and our solicitor was pretty flexible.

    Thanks for all your responses, I thought I would post some feedback for anyone interested: EBM: $288 pa TS: $365 pa WBC: $425 pa Coverage was not identical however all provided substantial cover, however EBM was the most cost effective. Coverage was on a 2 bedroom unit in Sydney LNS.
