    Strange drop in price (and bedroom no.)

    I'm looking at buying a one-bedroom apartment at the moment, and was able to get a Residex report on it. Bizarrely, it is listed by Residex as a 2-bedroom apartment. Not only that, but from 2004 to its last sale date in 2008, its price dropped from $375K down to $275K. What's going on...
