Ebay Shower Heads - OK or stay away?

WELS just released a notice about shower heads from China, see waterrating.gov.au. Multiple instances of flow controllers not fitted.

    MyGov

It is a bit of a process to sign up but is convenient to lodge medicare claims (although it doesn't accept all types of claims). I get a number sent to my phone to type in I think - rather than answering the three security questions each time (that yes, you sometimes forget how you answered).

    Unreliable tradies!

My husband is a licensed builder working mainly in the renovation/restoration field and always works on a per hour basis (rather than quoting). Clients either pay for materials themselves or hubby buys and charges back to the client at cost (receipts are made available). He invoices weekly so...

    Buying a Aust Post Franchise

I used to work in an LPO a few years back. Commissions were paid on bill payments, passport processing etc. Some profit in stamps, packaging etc. We had stacks of carded parcels left with us. Received a fee for holding those parcels based on the approximate number we handled each week. It was...

If you put in a 900mm you have to heat up that whole space for sometimes small things (garlic bread, taco shells etc). In our PPOR we put in two 600mm ovens one on top of the other. We find that really useful. Most of the time only one is in use but there are times when both come in really...

    Seen any great movies lately

Saw Gravity in 2D on the weekend (dont like 3D). Loved it - kind of life affirming even. Must have been on a Sandra Bullock kick because we watched The Blind Side on the same day and it was a really nice story.

Advice on loan structure for 3rd IP

Thanks all for your advice. We have an offset account set up for one of the loans and use that to put any income into. Will get in touch with Jamie M to discuss our options and borrowing capacity for 3rd IP.
