    Navra Compensation Meeting

Hi All, Re costs agreement - an independent lawyer was commissioned to review the documents. The cost of getting that done was shared by the members and landed up costing $25 each - not bad for some quality advice! The documents were given the green light after some minor adjustments that...

    Financial Planning Property Academy

Sim, I also don’t know of any one who was actually ‘living on equity’ as we, and everyone else we know, where ‘on our way’ (or so we thought) to living on equity. But it was certainly the implementation of the ‘living on equity’ advice that resulted in our and many others massive financial...

Sim, Not to quibble about primary or secondary factors, it is however it the “Living on equity” advice that resulted in the legal challenges! CW

    Financial Planning Property Academy

I have no issue with people going bankrupt and then making it all back again. What I do however have an issue with is HOW the money was made and then (possibly) remade. In Steve Navra's case his money was largely made by giving advice on investing, then collecting a fee for implementing that...

Steve Navra - Guru or Ghost?

You may be too late mate, but... Contact the Financial Ombudsman Service. (FOS) and ask them. I seem to recall that once the company has gone into liquidation that no new claims can be made via them. Failing that there is also direct legal action. This could be costly but if a few of you...

Steve Navra - Guru or Ghost?

You listen to him buddy and you will land up like the majority of his (now ex) clients - financially MUCH worse off - do me a favour - if you are not a client or ex client of his don't make comments like that - you have no idea what you are talking about.

Steve Navra - Guru or Ghost?

Sorry to inform you my friend but you are not fully informed... :) All will come out in due course. Please don't ask me to elaborate as I am unable to - but time will reveal all, very eloquently.

Steve Navra - Guru or Ghost?

My comments about being a 'Stand up' guy relate to him being pursued by almost everyone under the sun. Where there is smoke there is fire and in Steve's case FOS, ASIC and the court system (not the banks but clients who took him to court) says a little more than a boy scout billy boil!

Steve Navra - Guru or Ghost?

This information was passed onto me by two lawyers, separately, neither of whom know each other. They are both reputable. I am not sure how else one finds these things out - but time will reveal what I have posted is accurate and correct.

Steve Navra - Guru or Ghost?

Steve Navra declares himself bankrupt! Well folks, Steve Navra declared himself bankrupt. I guess he will blame everybody except himself. But one does not get into a position like this by being a 'stand up' guy. He has been taken to task by FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service), he has...
