So.... the question remains, what do people think of Traralgon? Worth investing in now, or has the boat left? My budget is under $200k, and to be honest, its hard finding a decent IP with good yield and potential CG these days. With that in mind, Traralgon does seem to stack up..

Does anyone here have IPs in Traralgon? What's your experience so far? A worthy investment? Seems theres a lot of industry and plans for more coal power plants, etc, hence the attraction.

I'm looking at units on Bank St, close to the CBD. Is it a busy road? I'm thinking the convenience might compensate for the noise, although I'm unsure if its worth it.

Maitland and Muswellbrook look interesting. Still some decent rental yields to be had. Maitland looks like a nicer town, old colonial style housing, etc, plus closer to the HEZ than Muswellbrook.
